Sounds like a Knight employee if I ever heard one. Sounds like Knight and BH are nervous too. I say all contractors jump on the band wagon a make these Prime Contractors stop beating the poor techs to death and give them a chance to keep what they earn rather than back charge 2X what they were originally paid to do the job.
And I will add this sice I know it will be a rebut, Photos are nice to take of your work but when the dispatch and BH are breathing down your neck to get to the next job in time or your back charged money for being late as well, then time may not be on your side so don't pull that one either DCOMMTN.
Maybe if the playing field gets leveled, then we could all say it is fair for both sides. Or, hire employees and you can can get what you pay for......
