It's true about the charge backs etc, nobody is immune to them. And alot of them are BS. But it's also the company you're working for too. I mean, if you're getting charged back because a customer called 50 days after your install because their reciever went bad, and you got charged for that, then it's your company that needs to say "hey, that's bs, it's not the tech, it's the equipment" etc. There are quite a few charge backs that can be fought.
I'm not going to say I've never been charged back for stupid things, however I can say that the company I've worked for did eat some of those until the time came for them to get paid back because of the bogus chargebacks.
Point being is that you can fight against the stupid chargebacks as long as it is not the fault of the tech. (ie super old customers with a 2 min memory span, dogs chewing thru cable, bad reciever/LNB's, acts of god, etc)
