Pacific Broadband I believe only serves fort worth. I have a friend who is a supervisor there, and more friends that work there. They do go out to Denton occasionally to do some commercial work, but I don't think they service a regular residential route there.
The managers are very nice and will treat you well. If you like to work hard, and get a decent paycheck, here is a place to do it. Can I say I referred you? They give a referral bonus, and one of my friends could use the bonus (i can't , I work for another company in cali now)
