Hiker, Ain't nothin' fair in racing. Even the professionals and top sportsman who claim to be following the rules, aren't. Just look at the stock eliminator class in the NHRA. Friend of mine races a 71' Duster in F/SA; The car is supposed to be completely stock; just the way the factory made it. The index he runs on is somewhere around mid to high elevens. This car will bust off a 10:50 with no problem. 1/4 mile times.  Oh yea; the Dak has a procharger supercharger on it to. Little black truck puts out over 650 blown horsepower.
