not trying to offend but can term any contract or employment with no just cause if state is a right to work state.... which means right to have no rights go out and find a union job..... then and only then do you have someone on your side in disputes...... sorry if this makes you mad been on the wrong side of a right to work state....... had contract terminated because i got hurt on the job and could not show up the next couple of months because of injuries.........
