youu are absolutley correct how ever if you do have the proof such as a code being scratched (example a new drop code being scratched after you have spent your time installing it in good faith making the customer happy and you have the required documentation such as the levels and the outlet form) and yopu did in fact replace the drop then you are entilted to the pay associated with the replacement. as for the loss of pay you have a right to be at any hearing or arbitration that takes place on your behalf on work that YOU have done. so if the mso takes the side of the Qc tech then you have the right to sue them for unfair arbitration and this should be widely known as you are the one with all the risk.
