And change it will. I also injured myself permanently, if only I had workers comp.........we'll see where that case goes. The employee based model is already in practice in many systems. The pay did not change much and the protection the proper classification offers is priceless. I have spoken to numerous techs involved with these honest companies that truly care about the working class, they are very happy. Sadly there are people at some MSO's that have agendas; kickbacks, expensive gifts, vacations ect.......all at the expense of the working class. Legitimate profit just doesn't seem to be enough anymore for some of these people, they need more so.........take from the technicians, make it impossible for anyone to do anything......hold them hostage. I too am involved in this litigation, to me it is not about getting money either, now it is about seeing change.
