Yep he sounds upset.I find myself reading about all these sat. companies doing everyone wrong but all the techs just stay with these no reason for a company jobs?I have a hard time understanding this.Is sat. really paying that good to put up with this much bs or just do people like to get shorted there money?Unkown.I have been in both  sat. and catv and catv has a stronger and longer rep. of paying and constant work yr round.Maybe its just me but I would rather work where its stable.Just thinking outloud after reading this story.
