the last time I checked we are all contractors
if some QC tech scratches a cod or tries to fail me without a fair hearing then that is stealing
if I have all the required documents and the w/o noted correctly then I should be paid
if I am not then I am filing apolice report for "intent to defraud a contractor of services"
maybe I am wrong but I do not think I am so lets see I am not sueing the prime nor the mso but the
QC tech personally for saying it is inferior ( but be warned you must have proof)
