Re: New Dish Rule about Phone Lines?

Guys, one yard weighs over a ton.  At some point the pole will break .......right at the base most probably........before the concrete mass will move.

 I asked my kid, the new engineer,  about analysis and he mentioned climate, soil, compaction and a few other things..........nominal and max wind + direction...then he mentioned he had a FRIEND over and SHE was also an engineer but he wasn't going to consult her!

SO....one yard will buy you some pole stability until the dish, wind flex + /- and time will break the pole.

Too old to consult the other engineer...........but I remember the pole...
