Yes I do, We have to install commercial dishes to withstand the new 150 mph wind code, and its $110 here for the concrete and another 15 for the rebar in the form, and yes it has to be permitted and inspected. There is a huge difference in the commercial side of the house from the residential side. Your average job runs maybe 4 hours, ours run 30 days.
