Matt, if you're subbing and paying for the materials look on the back of the customer agreement or go to DishNetwork.com and print a copy of the "STANDARD INSTALL" if the customer has any questions about additional charges, have them read what you provide. As far as pole mounts for free...depends...I'd rather stick a pole in the ground next to the house and bury two feet of cable... 1/2" conduit to the house and by the pole to protect the cable....customer actually thinks you care....versus..get my 28 foot ladder out and going two stories up to put the dam dish on the roof. Use you're head and "SELL" the "REQUESTED" pole mounts. I suggest and sell them as much as possible for $25 to $40. It's actually quicker and doesn't leave the house looking ghetto with an antenna on it.
