I imagine he is talking about the sorry fat assed QC guy. I hung miles and miles of fiber and strand up in North Mississippi, and everytime I saw the fat assed QC guy he was was looking at the work from inside his bucket van. Was probably trying staying away from the errant bitch clamps.
