I'm not sure of the maker, but there is a glove/mitten combonation where the material of the glove is like a thin mechanic's glove so you can "feel". These are built into a more insulated mitten where the palm portion is sliced open and closes with velcro. So when you need to use fingers, you undo the velcro in the palm, fold your fingers out and work. When you need to rewarm your finger, pop them back in the mitten. Think like a pez-dispenser in action but your fingers pop out when you pull the flop top mitten open.
