You cant. They set you up for failure from the beginning. They give you this list of metrics that you have to master and you have little to no control over how your #'s turn out. When you cant look good on their paper they just deactivate your tech#. dont matter that you have worked hard 7 day weeks for them or that you have a family to support. just pat you on the back on the way out.
