Not user adjustable to the best of my knowledge. You would need a schematic to know which POT(s) to adjust. Just call BT and see what they would charge or if they can give you any helpful info over the phone. Worse they can do is say no, but still tell you the cost to change them for you. I always liked the agiles. They can be moved around if need be.
