Can't hardly argue that point, if you are having issues with EVERY company you work for i'd wager it aint the company who's got issues. Satellite work is iffy these days and to be fair it is hard to find a solid company anymore, but then again there are guy's i've worked with who were some of the best installers i've seen and still got "screwed" because their paperwork isn't correct or they do not cover their ass by noting job issues and making sure you get notes on the job in dispatch. I will say this though, I worked for Mastec for 4 years installing DTV and NEVER had a problem with pay! I worked for some of the biggest SOB'S i've ever been around and still managed to make a decent dollar, because no matter how bad they may have wanted to get over on me i left absolutley no way for them to beat me out of a dollar. I used to defend all who came in here and bitched but have since learned that "most" (not all) who come in here and complain day after day had in some way failed to protect theirselves from those looking to take advantage of them by not covering your own ass, there is way more to installing AND getting paid than just the install part! Believe me there are just as many bad installers out there tooting their own horn as there are bad companies promising the moon.
