Simple: Sell your own work. I only install satellite systems which I sell. I have a local retailer partner I go thru, I get paid every time.

Thank GOD I went to school and became a LCD/PDP/DLP repair tech. I sell DTV to almost 30% of my tv repair jobs.

Diversification is the key for me.
