This guy is only interested in filling his pockets. He is another owner who doesnt care about where the techs end up. He does take care of those little brown noses though. We call them informants, squeelers, etc. I am tired of all these companies that said Dish wants it done this way or that when its just them making the job harder so they can reach into you tiny earnings and chargeback (illegally) as much as they can off thier made up crap!
