chargebacks are illegal as well as them holding your last check or any retainer,,, they may have signed a contract with an HSP or O?O but as a sub contractor,,i have never signed anything authorizing any chargebacks or to hold any of my money,,so it is very illegal,,my motto is simply pay me or i will make you wish you had,,,,take no prisoners,,take no shit ,,try to be diplomatic and do the right thing ,, if they still avoid you ,,just simply beat the hel out of them...........
