Coors Original alcohol content is 5.0% .... same as Budweiser and many other prime time American beers. I like Coors original, but Coors light = POS in my opinion. Maybe that's what you're referring too, since it's far more popular for some unknown reason. But then that's one of the great scams of the latter part of the 20th century ... add some water to beer, call it light beer, and make more money off it, lol.
