Well it looks like the FHP gives a crap.

They have filed for a court order for the Hospital records to see if the injuries were wreck, or fight related, they must have prob/cause or they couldn't get a warrant.  If fight related, then lil missy Wood's get a free trip to jail on a Domestic Battery charge, and before you say Tigger won't press charges, he won't have squat to do with it, the Trooper who investigated the wreck will charge her.

Looks like young Tiggers life just got a LOT more complicated!
