the ama is an association with the best interest of the medical field at its heart. i dont count on it to do anything. but i do feel safe in using it as an example to prove my point. if there is SERIOUSand CREDIBLE information to the contray, i would be happy to listen to it. in order for doctors opinions to make any difference in the upcoming month or two they must be organized if they plan on contradicting a political force such as the AMA. this is obvious and requires no real stretch of imagination.
