OK thankyou,i had been trying to post during many time,anyway, we are tired of those unfair "chargebacks"every week here,in ny we are stolen with $150 or $200 WEEKLY for phone lines,from 12 installs last week,11 customers without home phone service,anyway they don't care,they charged me with $165.is my fault????where is going my $165???,we must to stop this,any helpppppp?????????
