you said he is a majority ?????????????   majority of what? Majority of someone who can play good golf?  I just don't see what you are talking about. He got let off because he is tiger woods and has the cash and fame. Unless you was trying to say he has the majority of green jackets, or that the majority of his former girlfriends were white.
