I never said that he had or had not been paid. I just know that this is not standard business practice for Prime Home. It never has been. I have always been paid on time, every time. If I ever have an issue, I go straight to the person responsible and work it out, in person. They have always treated me fairly. Some of their techs have been with them for 9 and 10 years. It is because they pay well (80/25/20), and they pay on time, without too much b.s.
