Yea, that may be true. One of the techs there told me that they start their system/maintanence techs out at between $13.00 and $15.00 dollars an hour. And I know the area, and considering that just a nice rental property goes for $650.00 a month, I don't know how they can afford to work for them. Geez, no wonder they can't get or keep any good techs. But, I'll bet management isn't starving.
