If any MSO is using anything between 5-15Mhz .... I bet my arse that the maintainance techs are running around working thier asses off trying to squelch that noise floor. I've always seen moderate to heavy noise around 12mhz and again at 18mhz, then it rolls off.
Who's the MSO where your at? Doesn't look like a Comcast system.
