I understand what you are saying but it appears as you might have misunderstood me...  Dont get me wrong,  I am for nationalized health care but it is not what my point was about.

Who pays his bills when he shows up to the hospital in need of 50,000 worth of services and he has no coverage because he just doesnt want insurance?  If it is a public hospital, we the taxpayer still pay it.  What is the difference?  Somebody still got to pay.

I know a small business in town that profits over 300,000 a year and will not get there workers any type of coverage.  It is prolly a 20,000 a year expense to cover everyone for the year... These employees prolly make 300.00 a week before taxes.
