O/O Whats the deal?

  There is a contract in Kansas City, MO that is o/o started by Jason.  Does anybody know how permenent that may be or if it is worth it.  He has contracts going on all over the place, so if its only short term, I want to know.  Is O/O bullshit or what? Appreciate any knowledge about this.  I dont want to get into a bad situation with backcharges and stupid shit.
