That is not a tip ....that is a "Toke" you just discribed ....as in ...A token of your appreciation.

As explained earlier:  TIP= To Insure Promptness  ...aka TIPS = To Insure Prompt Service.

A tip is what you throw up front.
A toke is what you leave when you leave.

Do'em both well and you might not even need to tip the next time you go in.  I lived in vegas for 20 years.  You learn both terms very well and very fast :-)
