Yea and how do you think those revenues are generated? Let's see, gas tax, tire tax, oil tax, car tax, big rigs and their diesel tax and how many others can you think of. So do people who don't own cars pay for it? I don't think so. Just the users. So it is a user tax. If I didn't use it I would be paying those taxes would I?
