It's because your premium membership (1 year) expired.  You need to send more money to Rick in order to continue it.  Kinda like the government that way, here you pay someone to allow you to be censored in ways the Secret Police would envy, and to potentially be raped, and you have to send your money to them...the government you KNOW you're going to get screwed, yet you always have to pay more money for it....
