Well Prime we tried again and all the manager in the Lenoir office said was he turned it all in to the operations mgr and theres no more he can do. To me that sounds like no more he wants to do. See 9 weeks ago the work was done and done correctly and Jim still hasnt been paid. I don't know sounds like they plan on keeping the money they got from updish for the jobs and not pay the guy. Considering how many times they told him the check was in the mail I would say they are what we would call practicing deceptive business. Pay some and not pay others depending on what they think they can get away with. The attorney general is being contacted in this matter due to all the lying they have done.
