If you have it documented: Take it to your regional offices of the US Department of Labor: Hour and Wage Division. They will open a case at no cost to you.
It took a couple years for the audit, hearings, court case, and settlement ...but I got my back wages. DoL did all the work and cost me nothing. Also got penalty money out of it too.
