It's called Class Action Lawsuite..you and the others "WILL" be paid...No cost to you..lawyers are free...they will take it if enough people are involved at a percentage of the collection. And if they take it you "WILL" win. I was involved in one with a very large cable company..the lawyers burned their ass...and they were very happy to pay over 200 employees nationwide.
