Well if they are a legitimate business why wouldn't they give you any information before asking for your personal info? I would use common sense and call the labor board and ask them about it and see what they tell you about these shisters. The fact that a lot of companies do not want to tell you who they are is proably because they are hiding from other techs they screwed out of money somewhere else in the country. As I said use your better judgement, the less these kinda of crooks use this forum the better off we all are.
