need help getting paid from a retailer

I work for a retailer(nationwide satellite) doing dishnetwork installs. the owner is behind 5 chks, this is week 8 and I still haven't seen a cent from her. I tried sending her a letter demanding payment, still nothing. anyone with suggestions, i am open!!
