Hope there's not a modem anywhere near that modulator. It would suck to crap out your/other's internet/VOIP for something more tertiary...
A blind, DIY suggestion for an alternate route:
One PC [a $100 box would do the trick] can send three feeds over a network, and depending on distance, a wireless repeater or two could get those feeds to anyone that wants them. Only hurdle would be requiring people to have a network-attached device [laptop, pda, game system] to view the feeds.
May sound like 'extra required equipment' to the end-users, but so would a tv. In this day and age, more and more people have computers and don't have tv's. Just a thought.
