I wouldn't suggest a rotor for most people but it works for me when I need to pick up CBS from the south for the Dolphins games, and with the coordinates being preprogrammed I have it set up to a macro on my universal. Most of our locals are to the NE but we have a CBS to the NW and one to the South that where the rotor comes in to play, and the one to the north does not always broadcast the Dolphins games.
As far as the GS series for commercial use no I wouldn't use them for a headend for the avg home owner though you cant go wrong using them
