I like doing both. But I agree, grow some balls. Find a way to get paid. It happened to me w/ a direct install. The best part was I was the third tech at this ladies house. Seems the profesional masdic guys couldnt find a line of site. Anyway When I called to activate they did the past bill thing. I kept asking for manegers and bosses till I got someone who could fix the account. No way I am working for free. I got a wall fish and a pole charge out of that job. Imagine that, getting paid for my work.
