In volume probably more now, but then again back then they were not surrounded by parking lots, 50 million cars and millions and millions of miles of interstate. And even though they say there are more trees i don't believe them, is them the Government? Hard to believe that with all the man made growth and the clearing for major cities where there once was nothing but forests that it can be true, where are they keeping all these trees? Sure as hell aint D.C or L.A or Texas or Ohio Or.............
