A buddy of mine mentioned thathe never sees any of the old school guyson this site anymore. Doesn't know if they just got tired of the crap here on the bar or the way the work went downhill and they just got out of the biz. Regardless of the reason, the point it that most all the guys that came in to take their place have no loyalties to anyone but themselves. The question is, who to blame? I say it isn't any one person or group, but rather a combination of both workers and mangement.
Good luck with the idea(s), just don't go quitting your day job(s) yet. Sorry to be the 'debbie downer' here but past (and present) experience has not done anything for support of this industry. I would LUV for someone to prove me wrong.
