Re: QC chargebacks


 ALL Qc's should have to be photographed showing failed item in detail. Tech should have  a chance to repair items failed before any chargeback, granted it is not something that is failed by the same tech over and over. I am an inhouse QC tech and integrity and consistancy are of the upmost importance in building a good QC program. Taking advantage of your position to make monetary gain is not acceptable. I am in cable not satellite, I installed satellite and i know the game well. 90% crooks and thieves. I also know how hard it is to leave something you love to do. I loved the freedom and the money of satellite work and made a good living for a few years, that is all but gone now and will never come back.
