i don't see a sub with a fl lv lic do installs for the current prices, i could be wrong, considering the economy. primes would have to up the price or go 100% in house, or the primes would have to be lisenced and subs work under them (this would probably be what the primes choose to do). the primes should keep us legal by getting their lisence and we work under them or pay us our prices to contract with lisenced subs. how much money do you think the primes would loose or go out of business if a state wide investigation would occur. hell the only subs that could work would be the lisenced subs, and tell me they wouldn't demand fair prices. i don't know of any primes that are lisenced, that would take months. and i think you would eliminate alot of illigal's and hackers. this would affect primes in a big way.
