The labor situation will never change in this industry. I have met Mr. Kuhn and he does remember what it is like to be a tech however he thinks he has decent VP's. Mr Scott being one of them who is no henchman but a embarrassemnt he makes promises and buys pizza. He thinks you can make techs happy that way. There is a problem at that level not the PM's they do what the VPs order them to do.
I think it is about time the real truth be told. current employees will not say a thing because they will lost thier job at Prince. I have seen it happen. We have to hide behind these threads and letters and hope for a change
Let's keepthis giong so Mr. Kuhn can see what is realy goingon. Maybe then he will not get rid of good hard working people.
