That's right, George Bush did it himself. Then he went out into the Atlantic Ocean, waved two fingers (Obi Wan Kenobi style) and conjured up several hurricanes and dirrected them to hit the Golf coast. And of course, we all know he braved one of those very same storms himself so he could personally blow up the several levies, at the height of the storm, and inundate the chocolate city with water!
