The purpose of a Qc tech should be to help protect the company's contract, and all the tech's working for the company. If a Qc tech only takes pictures, and charges back then it seems to me that's not his purpose. He's there to take money away from tech's. I see guys getting charged back $40 for leaving 1 zip tie on a job. In my 6 yrs I have noticed that Qc techs are typically guys who could'nt handle a rout to start with.
