Looks fine in a techi sort of way.

But I would have been the one to quick tie the whole mess to the pole. When that mortar gets water in it around YOUR spikes...who they gonna call?

Also those silver ground blocks are famous for a QC problem themselves. The little blue thingie is sometimes not seated and crunches the cable. Then you either change it out or quick tie another one.
