A bit vague on the info....
What is your current position in the industry? Cuz if your not already an installer, some GOOD training (preferrable /ncte standards) will be the first order of business. Next would be to invest in a DSAM. Thirdly make sure the company you are working for/ subbing for is reputable and pays..( In my opinion that should be before training.. )
Also triple play is not an "It", it is 3 items, Internet, Phone and Video...
